When someone wants to join Bionic Barbell using their insurance, their info comes into GymMaster as a lead. Your job is to verify their eligibility, call them, and get them signed up.
This guide walks you through every step. Follow it exactly, in order, every time.
If the prospect doesn't know their fitness benefit program, look up their insurance carrier below to see which program(s) they might have. Then check the matching portal.

Before you call anyone, you need to verify that their insurance actually covers a gym membership. You do this by looking them up on one of three websites — which website you use depends on their insurance plan.

Go to the correct website above, and search for the prospect by name.
Call them and let them know the good news: their insurance covers a membership at Bionic Barbell at no cost to them. Invite them to come in and sign up in person.
Call them anyway. Ask them which insurance plan they have and try searching again while on the phone. If you still can't verify them, let them know you'll follow up once you confirm with their provider. Do not sign them up until eligibility is confirmed.
Once the prospect is verified eligible and they come in, it's time to sign them up. But how you do it depends on which plan they have. Read the section below that matches their plan.
Do these steps in this exact order:
Step A: Go to healthycontributions.com and add the new member there first.
Open Healthy Contributions ↗Step B: After you've added them to Healthy Contributions, then go to GymMaster and complete their membership sign-up. Don't forget their Wellness ID.
Open GymMaster Sign-Up ↗Do these steps in this exact order:
Step A: Go to fitness.tivityhealth.com and enroll the new member there first.
Open Tivity Portal ↗Step B: After you've enrolled them on Tivity, then go to GymMaster and complete their membership sign-up. Don't forget their Wellness ID.
Open GymMaster Sign-Up ↗For ASH plans, you do NOT need to enroll the member on any external portal. Just go straight to GymMaster and sign them up. Don't forget their Wellness ID.
1. ALWAYS enter the member's Wellness ID into GymMaster. Forgetting = write-up.
2. For Optum plans (Aaptiv, One Pass, Renew Active), ALWAYS enroll on healthycontributions.com FIRST, then GymMaster.
3. For Tivity plans (SilverSneakers, Prime), ALWAYS enroll on fitness.tivityhealth.com FIRST, then GymMaster.
